The role

We are seeking a world-class construction professional to lead end-to-end project initiatives, oversee planning and cost structures, and help make Brickox an even stronger and more trusted construction partner for our clients.

What you’ll do

Project & Delivery Initiatives

Lead major construction initiatives on a quarterly basis, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
Own project positioning, service structuring, cost planning, and delivery strategy across key developments.

Communication & Project Updates

Own and manage regular project updates, milestones, and internal reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
Share clear, high-quality project insights with internal teams and stakeholders on a consistent schedule.

Communication & Project Updates

Develop long-term strategies for cost planning, service structuring, and project packaging.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to continuously refine construction offerings and delivery models.

Who you are

4+ years of experience in construction project management, planning, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Proven project management and execution capability, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

Compensation

$168-$250k per year, plus meaningful equity.
